Substantial US debt requests

One organized request.
A clearer financing path.

Our focus is US business acquisitions, expansion and commercial real estate financing, including target debt requests of $10 million to $100 million and above. This is our market focus, not a funding commitment or guaranteed lender capacity.

Describe the actual need

Tell us the uncovered debt amount, purpose, location, timing, repayment source and any existing adviser or financing arrangement.

Start with an initial review

We organize the request, identify missing information and explore potential provider routes. Provider criteria and current availability must be confirmed.

Control the introduction

Private borrower information is shared with a named provider only with borrower permission. Terms, approval and funding remain subject to the provider’s underwriting.

Start with a non-confidential summary. Do not submit account passwords, bank statements or sensitive financial documents through the public form.

Large business financing

Prepare a substantial US debt request

Describe the uncovered debt amount, business purpose, repayment source, US location and timing. Disclose financing already secured and existing advisers.

What an initial review needs
Non-confidential transaction summary, historical cash flow, collateral, debt schedule and sponsor equity. Exact amounts, terms and eligibility depend on a suitable provider’s documented criteria and underwriting.
Business financing

Capital that supports
your next business move.

For business owners, operators and acquisition sponsors. Cash flow, collateral and transaction structure determine the relevant financing options.

Acquisition & growth

Finance the next chapter.

Business purchases, ownership transitions, expansion and selected cash-flow-based transactions.

Request size
Small-business through large specialist transactions; capacity assessed individually.
What matters
Cash flow, earnings, equity contribution and sponsor experience.
Structure & term
SBA, conventional or specialist private-credit options where eligible.
Discuss acquisition & growth
Receivables & factoring

Bridge the invoice cycle.

Financing against eligible invoices, including staffing payroll and selected freight receivables.

Request size
Smaller facilities through $20M+ with selected providers; product-specific.
What matters
Customer credit, invoice eligibility, concentration and collection terms.
Structure & term
Invoice purchase or receivables financing, rather than a conventional term loan.
Discuss receivables & factoring
Equipment finance

Invest in productive assets.

Equipment purchases, leases and eligible financing against existing equipment.

Request size
A reviewed partner program publishes $15K–$5M; eligibility varies.
What matters
Equipment type, useful life, business credit and repayment capacity.
Structure & term
Selected programs advertise 36–72 months; exact terms require a quote.
Discuss equipment finance
SBA & owner-occupied property

Support the owner-operated business.

Eligible acquisitions, equipment and owner-occupied commercial premises.

Request size
Depends on the government-guaranteed or conventional program.
What matters
Business eligibility, occupancy, equity, repayment capacity and use of proceeds.
Structure & term
SBA 7(a), 504 or other eligible products; confirm lender criteria.
Discuss sba & owner-occupied property
Published ranges describe selected researched programs, not loan offers from AS Capital Funding. A provider’s maximum does not mean every borrower or every product qualifies for that amount.
Real estate financing

From one property
to a larger portfolio.

For investors, developers and commercial property owners. Property use, leverage, sponsor experience and the exit plan shape the financing options.

Commercial real estate

Purchase. Refinance. Reposition.

Commercial property acquisition, refinancing, bridge loans and eligible construction.

Request size
Small-balance programs under $3M through selected bridge/construction programs up to $30M; larger specialist requests reviewed separately.
What matters
Property type, value, cash flow, occupancy, leverage and sponsor strength.
Structure & term
Short-term bridge or longer-term financing; product-specific.
Discuss commercial real estate
Investment property & development

Build or improve the next asset.

Fix-and-flip, business-purpose rentals, residential construction and eligible multifamily projects.

Request size
Individual-property loans are often smaller; experienced builders may qualify for larger project facilities.
What matters
Experience, credit, liquidity, budget, property value and exit plan.
Structure & term
Selected bridge products: 12–24 months; builder products may run 12–36 months.
Discuss investment property & development
Business-purpose and investment financing. We are not presenting a consumer home-mortgage program. Industrial project finance requires separate specialist review.
Our approach

A clear request.
A considered introduction.

We help organize the financing conversation. The selected provider makes the lending decision, sets final terms and conducts underwriting.

01 / UNDERSTAND

Start with your goals.

Email the amount, purpose, location and timing. Disclose existing lenders or advisers so we can assess the next step accurately.

02 / ASSESS

Review fit and missing information.

Compare your request with researched provider criteria and identify the financial, collateral and transaction information required.

03 / INTRODUCE

Proceed with permission.

Confirm the provider relationship and written fee terms, obtain your sharing permission, and explore an appropriate introduction.

Questions before you begin

Know what to expect.

Is this for businesses or real estate?

Both, through separate financing categories. Business loans may use business cash flow, receivables, inventory or equipment. Real estate loans depend on property collateral, income, sponsor experience and project use.

Can you help with $50 million or $100 million?

We can research requests at those levels where current product criteria support them. Large asset-based facilities and institutional rental portfolios differ from small-business or individual-property loans. Provider acceptance and borrower eligibility still need confirmation.

Are published loan sizes guaranteed?

No. They illustrate selected researched programs. Ranges, geography, terms and eligibility can change. A written provider quote and underwriting determine the actual amount, pricing and conditions.

How do you get paid?

Compensation may be paid by a provider or borrower under an agreed arrangement. The payer, amount, calculation basis and closing conditions must be disclosed and agreed in writing before a compensated introduction proceeds. An advertised broker program does not establish an agreement with us.

Do I have to make a phone call?

You can begin by email. We can organize the initial discussion in writing; a provider may require meetings later.

What should I send first?

Send a non-confidential summary: company, state, purpose, amount, timing and existing adviser or lender arrangements. Do not send account credentials, Social Security numbers or private financial documents in an initial email. Sharing documents with selected providers requires permission and an appropriate channel.

Prepare your request

Large business financing: preparing a $10 million or larger debt request: what to know

How do I explain a large debt request?

State the current debt amount, borrowing entity, purpose, timing, repayment source and US location. Separate total project cost and mixed debt-equity capital plans from requested debt.

What should the financing summary include?

Historical earnings and cash flow, current debt and liens, collateral, sponsor equity, transaction structure and any advisers or committed financing. Start with a non-confidential summary.

Can I obtain guaranteed terms here?

No. Availability, leverage, pricing, maturity and conditions depend on a suitable provider and underwriting. AS Capital Funding does not represent that a researched lender has accepted your request.

Identify the uncovered debt requirement

Illustrative scenario: a $50 million project with $15 million committed equity and $10 million existing financing has a $25 million gap before reserves and costs. Confirm which part requires new debt. This is not a financing offer.

Choose the structure before comparing terms

Compare collateral, repayment, covenant requirements, guarantees, pricing and maturity using actual provider terms. Existing advisers may restrict introductions.

From enquiry to lender review

Start with a non-confidential summary. We identify missing information and compare documented product criteria. Confirm the current request and existing arrangements before an introduction. Sharing private documents requires separate permission. Pricing, maturity and approval come from the selected provider.

your next move.

A short, non-confidential email is enough to begin. Your summary helps us assess the financing category and what further information would be needed.
